RICK ELLIS         Rick has over thirty years experience as a Broker in Kitsap County. He completed two years of study in real estate at Olympic College in Bremerton and is a Managing Broker at John L. Scott Real Estate, Port Orchard.

Rick earned a B.S. Degree in Oceanography from Humboldt State University, CA, and served seven years in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as a uniformed officer prior to becoming a Broker. 


MARTHA ELLIS   Martha has over twenty years of experience as a Broker Associate.

Martha earned a B.A. Degree in English from Chico State University, CA, and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of California at Riverside.  Martha is a former high school English and music teacher.


THE ELLIS TEAM    Rick's extensive knowledge of the real estate market, in addition to his degree in oceanography, give him a unique perspective when listing and selling properties in the Puget Sound area.  His leadership skills as a former military officer are well utilized when negotiating on behalf of his clients.


Martha's skills as a former educator include communication, attention to detail, and patience.  Martha is in charge of all of the listings and sales transactions, and implements systems to ensure that no detail is overlooked.
